3D Generalist

Job description

At INDG we're looking for a strong 3D Generalist to join the Fashion vertical. We’re looking for an absolute expert in all things CGI and specialized in rendering. This is your chance to be working with the world’s leading Sportswear, Fashion and Luxury brands out there! Our clients include big names such as Adidas, Puma, LVMH, The North Face, Crocs, New Era, Speedo, Berghaus and Tommy Hilfiger - just to name a few. In collaboration with their product design and marketing teams, we bring their iconic products to life through the power of 3D, always with scale and full portfolio coverage in mind.

You will be involved in a large variety of projects. Eye for detail and flawless delivery is crucial in this role. You know how to communicate with the teammates, project managers and art directors. With them, you create reliable project estimations and you come up with creative solutions to the day-to-day challenges you face with the team. You are a great team player and you do not afraid to ask for a help or share experience. We’re looking for a problem-solver, someone that’s always curious in exploring and researching technology.

Job requirements

For hard skills, it would be great if you have…

  • Advanced Shading and texturing skills (e.g. Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Photoshop)
  • Advanced Postproduction skills (e.g. Blender, After Effects, Davinci Resolve)
  • Medium skills in 3D Modelling (e.g. 3DsMax, Blender)
  • Basic knowledge of the Rig+Skin (e.g. Maya, Blender)
  • Basic knowledge of Animation pipeline (e.g. Maya, Blender)
  • Basic knowledge of VFX/Simulation/Grooming (e.g. Blender, Houdini)

For soft skills, it would be great if you have…

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A good eye for detail within product visualization
  • A solution-oriented mindset, always optimizing workflow
  • Efficiency in time distribution
  • Accurate & considered production estimations
  • Ability to jump into support production whenever needed
  • Advising in technical questions
  • English proficiency (written and spoken)

Nice to haves:

  • Familiar with project management tools
  • Familiar with Realtime engines (UE4/5)
  • You are passionate about the fashion industry
