Account Director

Job description

As an Account Director at Grip it is your responsibility to make everyone on your account happy and ensure spotless delivery of the projects that you have sold yo our clients. You understand what it takes to build relationships that are long and lasting, and you take urgent action when required. In this role you will be responsible for one of our key accounts: build and maintain relationships, expand these globally, translate business needs into projects and ensure spotless delivery. You will become the expert in our web-based software, and you will show an in-depth knowledge of its features and characteristics.


You will be the interface between our clients (some of the world’s biggest brands) and our internal team that makes the “magic” happen: 3D-Artists, Developers, Artwork Specialists and more. You are the person who understands the client and knows how to translate this internally, who provides clarity internally and externally by using your clear & warm communication style and you nurture the client relationship.

Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Expand on the existing, warm relationships with your clients and grow further in becoming a trusted advisor for them.
  • Own the delivery and performance of projects throughout all stages of delivery; pitch, scoping / budgeting, execution, approvals, launch.
  • Deep understanding of the client business and connect to the solution that we provide.


Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of experience working with big clients and commercial targets
  • You have experience owning the delivery of many large projects in different stages
  • You know how to build strong relationships with customers
  • You have experience in managing multiple stakeholders up to C-suite level
  • You have a good understanding of digital marketing and are passionate about new emerging technologies
  • You have experience in SaaS B2B business
