We are experiencing exciting growth and as such we are seeking an Account Management Assistant who takes ownership for the delivery of all projects we run for one of our key client.

As an Account Management Assistant , you will be supporting in an account management level, grow and manage new business within existing accounts, support on an administrative level and support with setting up sales processes and ways of working.

Job requirements

What will you do?

  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Building relationships with (new) relations, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients
  • Pitching solutions to existing clients
  • Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
  • Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning
  • Collaborating with production, design, creative and marketing teams to ensure that the requirements are met
  • Registering and updating of sales/business opportunities in SalesForce
  • Making sure that Purchase Orders are provided and supporting the financial team in making sure that invoices are being paid
  • Map out an organizational structure of our customers organizations, in order to identify areas for growth

Would be amazing if you have:

  • 1 year of experience as Account Manager/Sales Manager/Customer Success Manager 
  • The ability to sell ideas, products and services
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • A strategic and creative mind
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the client’s requirements
  • Solid knowledge of necessary software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SalesForce and other relevant software.
  • The ability to motivate themselves and others
  • A solid understanding of business and marketing principles
  • Fluent in English
