We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our team! As the Demand Generation Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative strategies that drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and revenue growth within our targeted regions and ideal customer profiles. Your expertise will be essential in managing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing performance, and aligning marketing efforts with overall company goals. What is special about this role, is that it combines the responsibilities for two different companies: INDG, a CGI services company and Grip, a SaaS solution.

What is INDG?

Several of the largest consumer product brands in the world (Yamaha, Hugo Boss, Adidas, Honda, Electrolux) are trusting INDG ( for large-scale content production based on computer-generated imagery. Specializing in high-quality, scalable content for entire product portfolios, INDG’s approach revolves around the creation of digital twins for each product. From images and videos to real-time models, these digital twins are essential in streamlining the design process and bolstering presence across e-commerce platforms and marketing campaigns, thereby elevating the customer experience.

What’s Grip?

With the help of Grip (, companies such as L'Oréal, Coca-Cola and Beiersdorf are automating content production for their entire business. Grip moves classic media creation efforts into the cloud, effectively virtualizing production. The software solution Grip takes care of generating high-quality visuals, at scale, on-demand and based on data. Brand styles, as well as product look and feel are codified, which ensures an entirely consistent, always on-brand output, no matter who (or what) requests it.

What will you be doing?

  • Developing and Executing Demand Generation Strategy: Further develop and execute a demand generation strategy that drives brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and revenue growth within targeted regions and ideal customer profiles (ICP).
  • Campaign Development and Management: Develop and lead campaigns from conceptualization to shipping, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives. This includes creating content, buyer journeys, and messaging for respective regions and ICP.
  • Channel Management: Oversee foundational channels such as the website, paid acquisition, and email. Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager on social media, webinars, podcasts, and events to implement multi-channel campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Regularly review and analyze campaign performance data, provide insightful reports, and develop actionable recommendations for budget allocation and strategic spending based on campaign results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Manager, brand team, vertical leads, sales, customer success (CS), and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and contribution to campaigns.
  • Innovation and Trend Integration: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in demand generation, incorporating new and innovative approaches into the company’s strategy as appropriate. Engage in new channel testing to identify potential opportunities for reaching a wider audience and achieving higher conversion rates.

Job requirements

Would be amazing if you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B inbound marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing inbound marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to support making informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills that enable an effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Fluent/native in English
