Fashion Lead Artist (Rendering)

At INDG we're looking for a Lead 3D Artist to join the Fashion vertical. We’re looking for an absolute expert in all things CGI and specialized in rendering.

This is your chance to be working with the world’s leading Sportswear, Fashion and Luxury brands out there! Our clients include big names such as Adidas, Puma, LVMH, The North Face, Crocs, New Era, Speedo, Berghaus and Tommy Hilfiger, just to name a few. In collaboration with their product design and marketing teams, we bring their iconic products to life through the power of 3D, always with scale and full portfolio coverage in mind.

As the Lead 3D Artist - Rendering in the Fashion vertical, you’ll manage a team of 3D artists. Acting as a role model, you’ll lead, coach and guiding them through a large variety of projects. Eye for detail and flawless delivery of beautiful content for our brands is absolutely crucial in this role. You know how to communicate with clients, project managers and art directors. With them, you create reliable project estimations and you come up with creative solutions to the day-to-day challenges you face with your team.

You follow the latest development and trends, which make you the most reliable source of workflows to follow. With your team, you are the driving force behind the most beautiful renders in the Fashion industry, with a passion for process improvements and always striving to find efficient ways of working by closely collaborating with our Technical Artists.

What will you do?

  • Lead & coach a team of 3D artists
  • Manage the CGI production and delivery process
  • Make sure quality standards and best practices are created and applied
  • Accurate & considered production estimations
  • Divide work within a project and assign tasks to your team
  • Provide insightful input during project-evaluation
  • Jump in to support production whenever needed

Job requirements

Would be amazing if you have:

  • All-round knowledge of…
    • 3D Modelling and Rendering (e.g. 3DsMax, Blender)
    • Shading and texturing (e.g. Adobe Substance, Photoshop)
    • Postproduction (e.g. Nuke, After Effects, Davinci Resolve)
    • Automation and pipeline (Houdini, Python, tool development)
  • A good eye for detail within product visualization
  • Hands-on and proactive mentality, always
  • A general interest in real-time technology
  • Experience reviewing work from others and educating team members
  • A solution-oriented mindset, always optimizing workflow
  • English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • 8+ years CGI experience

Bonus: Background in fashion design or strong passion for fashion products.
