Job description
We are experiencing continued growth and as such we are seeking a Generative AI Engineer. You will play a crucial role in building and developing our AI controllers. This includes creating templates and reusable template elements, as well as understanding at a technical level how to use various AI tools to get outstanding results, and even help develop nodes and provide technical requirements for such nodes, to enable increasingly advanced AI capabilities inside the templates on our system.
About Grip
As INDG's software branch, Grip is an end-to-end content automation platform that generates infinite ad variations by combining CGI, rule-based generative AI, and post-production into an easy-to-use automated content generation platform that transforms master ad creatives into endless variations—empowering brands to scale content production globally without compromising on quality or brand consistency.
Grip works by taking master content supplied by brands or their agencies and converting it into a deeply modular configurator. This allows marketers to create their own visual adaptations and variations effortlessly, saving millions in production costs while maintaining brand consistency.
Job requirements
What you will be doing?
Creating AI templates using Grip’s technologies
Configuring reusable template elements, called AI Controllers in several tools, most notably in ComfyUI
Using various image manipulation tools (both AI and traditional) to create the elements needed for controlling the AI (depth-maps, retouched elements, segmenters and refiners, various models)
Support on and managing the training of customized models
Ensure AI is used in a controlled way to generate high visual quality final usable outputs for our clients
Would be nice if you have:
Excellent understanding of current state of the art of (generative) AI.
Demonstrated experience in controlling AI models: If you can make nice images with a good prompt that’s nice, but we want people that understand how that prompt is clip-encoded, provides constraints on latent-space, how you can control multiple constraints within the same latent-space, how the decoding process works, how segments and refiners can take a well-generated result and turn it into something great.
Solid experience in ComfyUI, Python, PyTorch, etc.
Bonus if you worked with Photoshop, 3DSMax or Blender.
Fluent English in speaking and writing.
