What you'll do 
As an HR intern, you will be an important player in our People Team. Within the team, you will be actively involved in various HR activities, which are of current importance to the organization. Think about employer branding, recruitment, employee engagement... You will have your own responsibilities and the opportunity to take ownership.  

What will you do?

  • Screening incoming candidates and coordinating the recruitment process
  • Help improve our recruitment process (e.g. writing job descriptions)
  • Participating with long-term HR projects (e.g. learning & development, onboarding, employer branding, referral program)
  • Assisting the HR coordinator with the performance reviews
  • Using your creativity to host fun internal (online) events
  • Supporting with daily HR-admin (e.g. leave, sick leave, contracts)
  • Keeping our personnel files up to date
  • Helping the People Team with office management tasks

Job requirements

A bit about you

  • You’re looking to start an internship around February 2022
  • 2nd, 3rd or 4th year student (MBO, HBO)
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, International Business, Psychology or HR related study  
  • Hands-on mentality and a sense of ownership
  • Well-structured and organized with strong attention to detail  
  • Open minded, naturally helpful, proactive and wants to learn, but most of all have fun 
  • Excellent communication both written and spoken in both English and Dutch 

What we offer 

With the role being in the heart of Amsterdam, our environment and our creative space are very important to us. During the internship we offer an appropriate monthly compensation, (Friday afternoon) drinks and pizza, and a nice office at the Keizersgracht in Amsterdam.
