We are looking for a strategic and hands-on IT Director to lead the IT operations of INDG and Grip, ensuring a scalable, secure, and audit-ready IT infrastructure. The IT Director will drive compliance, software selection, process management, and infrastructure planning while supporting the business with a solution-driven approach.

Job requirements

What will you be doing?

  • Establish and maintain an audit-ready IT infrastructure (ISO-27001, PCI-DSS, and other security best practices).

  • Lead the gap analysis of current IT systems and implement improvements.

  • Oversee the audit process, ensuring compliance within a set timeframe.

  • Act as the main contact for client security questionnaires, ensuring smooth approval during contracting phases.

  • Partner with business teams to select and implement software solutions, ensuring alignment with financial, operational, and security needs.

  • Ensure that new systems have a solid support structure.

  • Define a clear application/software strategy to guide decision-making.

  • Develop and formalize IT processes

  • Lead the IT team across Amsterdam and Bucharest, ensuring alignment with business and audit needs.

  • Implement company-wide IT training and best practices.

  • Develop and execute an infrastructure strategy, including on-premise and cloud computing solutions.

  • Support 3D pipeline teams with the necessary computing resources.

 

 

Would be amazing if you have:

  • Proven experience as an IT Director, Head of IT or similar leadership role.

  • Ability to balance security, scalability, and business needs.

  • Hands-on experience with ISO-27001, PCI-DSS, or similar security standards.

  • Strong knowledge of client security requirements and risk management.

  • Strong expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.

  • Experience in software selection, implementation, and vendor management.

  • Experience managing a distributed IT team across multiple locations.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to translate IT needs into business cases.
