IT Manager

We are looking for an IT Manager to support the daily production operations of our 3D production studio. In this role, you ensure that production operations run correct and smooth, workstations & servers are up-to-date and support our people with IT related matters like software and hardware. Our IT support specialists is hands-on, ideally has knowledge of render farm operations and software (think Deadline and Backburner) and is interested in learning more about everything 3D Visualization.


At INDG we develop technology that enables engaging, hyper-realistic digital product experiences. Our goal is to make "every product playable", by combining the science of technology with the artistry of computer-generated content. Our CG artists, interactive designers, and developers focus on creating virtual versions of our clients' products, so lifelike it feels like you could reach out and touch them.


With the help of Grip (www.grip.tools), companies such as L'Oréal, Coca-Cola and Beiersdorf are automating content production for their entire business. Grip moves classic media creation efforts into the cloud, effectively virtualizing production. The software solution Grip takes care of generating high-quality visuals, at scale, on-demand and based on data. Brand styles, as well as product look and feel are codified, which ensures an entirely consistent, always on-brand output, no matter who (or what) requests it.


We’re a fun team of 3D passionates and looking for someone that can support our business, locally from Bucharest. You will work closely together with our IT Manager in Amsterdam.

Job requirements

What does it take to do the job?

  • Expert level knowledge of Windows 10,11 & Windows Server
  • Good understanding of Active Directory administration
  • Expert level knowledge of Free/OpenBSD and ZFS (in our case Free/TrueNAS and PFsense in particular)
  • Good understanding of network design + protocols (routing, vpn etc.)
  • Good understanding of network storage systems and their administration
  • Experience deploying and maintaining server infrastructure
  • Purchasing & supplier relationship management
  • Budgeting and planning for future IT-related needs
  • Basic understanding of 3D modelling/rendering software (blender, maya, 3dsmax, c4d) is a plus!
