Marketing Director

Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Director for Grip! In this role you take full responsibility over all marketing activities around Grip: build the overall marketing strategy, drive campaigns for awareness and lead generation and provide analytical data and reporting.


Outstanding visual quality is extremely important to us. That means that our marketing manager takes special care of everything we create and put out there. You also lead our marketing team that currently consists of a marketing producer and motion designer, together with a group of freelancers for specific tasks. You will also work closely together with the creative team and the creative director.

With the help of Grip, companies such as L'Oréal, Coca-Cola and Beiersdorf are automating content production for their entire business. Grip moves classic creation and production efforts into the cloud, where a software solution takes care of generating high-quality visuals, at scale, on-demand and based on data. Brand styles, as well as product look and feel are codified, which ensures an entirely consistent, always on-brand output, no matter who (or what) requests it.


What you will you be doing?

  • Create and implement the global marketing strategy and employer branding for Grip. This includes but is not limited to: campaigns, the website, social channels, sponsored content, articles, newsletters and anything else that helps Grip become known.
  • Lead and inspire the marketing team.
  • Developing and maintaining a clear tone of voice and uphold an exceptional level of visual quality.  
  • Managing the content calendar and ensuring a steady stream of publications.
  • Analyze the performance of each campaign and draw conclusions on how to improve. 

Job requirements

What do you bring?

  • International experience in a digital/software environment 
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools.
  • Strong feel for visuals and design.
