At INDG, we are scaling rapidly. To support this growth, we’re looking for an experienced People Operations Lead to build and optimize our people processes, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and engaging employee experience. This role will be critical in driving operational excellence across HR, policies, compliance, systems, and employee lifecycle management.

Responsibilities of the People Operations Lead
You will lead and optimize all people operations processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a great employee experience, together with your team. This is an opportunity to streamline and elevate HR operations in a dynamic, international environment.

People Operations

  • Lead, coach, and train the People Operations team, ensuring they are set up for success, including providing day-to-day support.

  • Oversee all people operations globally, including onboarding, global mobility, payroll, benefits, remuneration, leave management, contracts, and offboarding.

  • Design and implement scalable people operations processes that support INDG’s growth.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across multiple geographies

  • Optimize HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration for efficiency and accuracy.

  • Establish and track key HR metrics to drive visibility and data-driven decision-making.

  • Drive automation and technology adoption in HR operations to enhance efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and reporting.

People Support

  • Ensure employees have a seamless experience throughout their journey at INDG, from hiring to exit.

  • Provide employees with guidance on HR policies, processes, compliance, and employee data.

  • Partner with leadership on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and performance management.

Job requirements

Essential Attributes for the People Operations Lead 

  • People Operations Leadership –  A proven track record of scaling people operations in an international, fast-growing company

  • Strong understanding of remote and hybrid work policies in a globally distributed team.

  • Tech & Data-Driven – Comfortable optimizing workflows to fully leverage HRIS, payroll systems, and automation tools.

  • Legal & Compliance Knowledge – Understanding of global labor laws and employment regulations.

  • Organized and precise - you have naturally strong attention to detail 

  • Great interpersonal skills - you make people feel comfortable and adjust your communication style to suit your surroundings
