3D Production Coordinator

Job description

With the help of Grip, companies such as L'Oréal, Coca-Cola and Beiersdorf are automating content production for their entire business. Grip moves classic creation and production efforts into the cloud, where a software solution takes care of generating high-quality visuals, at scale, on-demand and based on data. Brand styles, as well as product look and feel are codified, which ensures an entirely consistent, always on-brand output, no matter who (or what) requests it.

Since we started in 2017, 50% of the top 10 largest FMCG companies are working with Grip. We are growing fast and want to continue doing that by building an exceptional product that will change the industry (and the next one after that).

As a 3D Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for strategizing, organizing, and overseeing our projects from start to finish. Your main goal is to ensure that all projects are meticulously planned, properly staffed, executed on time, within budget and without compromising quality. You will work closely with various teams and departments to coordinate resources and streamline production workflows.

Job requirements

What will you be doing?

  • Collaborate closely with the CGI production team, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and track project deliverables, ensuring that they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members, ensuring that all project-related information and updates are properly shared and documented.
  • Own resource allocation and scheduling of CGI artists and production staff to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks or issues, and proactively suggest solutions or adjustments to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners as needed, managing communication, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Workflow Management: Monitor and track the progress of CGI production workflows, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any bottlenecks or issues that may arise.
  • Process the briefing and schedules of the project to the agenda of the artists
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address any production-related issues promptly, working with the team to find creative solutions and minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.

Would be amazing if you:

  • Have a bachelor or master’s degree
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar project planning and coordinating role in an online/digital or software development environment
  • Have experience with managing projects from start to finish
  • Have good communication, ownership, and time management skills
  • Have a highly structured way of working and documenting
  • Proficient in project management software and tools for task tracking, scheduling, and resource management.
