3D Production Coordinator
Job description
With the help of Grip, companies such as L'Oréal, Coca-Cola and Beiersdorf are automating content production for their entire business. Grip moves classic creation and production efforts into the cloud, where a software solution takes care of generating high-quality visuals, at scale, on-demand and based on data. Brand styles, as well as product look and feel are codified, which ensures an entirely consistent, always on-brand output, no matter who (or what) requests it.
Since we started in 2017, 50% of the top 10 largest FMCG companies are working with Grip. We are growing fast and want to continue doing that by building an exceptional product that will change the industry (and the next one after that).
As a 3D Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for strategizing, organizing, and overseeing our projects from start to finish. Your main goal is to ensure that all projects are meticulously planned, properly staffed, executed on time, within budget and without compromising quality. You will work closely with various teams and departments to coordinate resources and streamline production workflows.

- Collaborate with vendors and external partners as needed, managing communication, timelines, and deliverables.
- Workflow Management: Monitor and track the progress of CGI production workflows, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any bottlenecks or issues that may arise.
- Process the briefing and schedules of the project to the agenda of the artists
