Project Coordinator

Job description

As we’re scaling, our Grip team is looking for a Project Manager who takes ownership for the delivery of all projects we run for one of our key clients.  At its core this means you will be hands-on and work closely with our clients and with our internal Account Director, Project Managers and 3D production studio to assure spotless delivery. You understand what's going on at the client and translate their business needs into defined project scopes and ensure delivery. As you'll be representing a CG SaaS company, we're looking for someone that has experience managing multiple, complex CG projects and that understands production (preferably artwork/packaging too).

What’s Grip?

With the help of Grip (www.grip.tools), companies such as L'Oréal, Coca-Cola and Beiersdorf are automating content production for their entire business. Grip moves classic media creation efforts into the cloud, effectively virtualizing production. The software solution Grip takes care of generating high-quality visuals, at scale, on-demand and based on data. Brand styles, as well as product look and feel are codified, which ensures an entirely consistent, always on-brand output, no matter who (or what) requests it.

Job requirements

What will you be doing?

  • You run your own projects from kick-off to delivery and ensure that your project performance exceeds expectations.
  • You are hands-on and continuously improve the PM practice
  • Build and enhance the relationship with your client.

Would be amazing if you:

  • Strong experience in organizing and structuring projects as well as delivery, preferably within the digital industry and/or 3D production (artwork/packaging is bonus!).
  • Good social skills and great communicator in English (written and verbal)
  • You are resilient, flexible and stress-resistant
  • You are passionate about emerging technologies and design with eye for detail.
