INDG is a technology company specializing in large-scale CGI content creation and digital twin production for clients that include Puma, Lululemon, Hugo Boss, Crocs and many more.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our Fashion Vertical team. In this role, you will support our project managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of CGI content projects for top fashion brands. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within the digital fashion industry and work alongside a team of experts who are redefining how products are visualized and experienced.
What will you be doing?
- Project Support: Assist project managers in coordinating and executing CGI content projects, including virtual samples, animations, and interactive experiences.
- Client Interaction: Support client communications by helping to schedule meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting key takeaways to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Workflow Management: Help maintain project timelines, track progress, and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
- Asset Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing digital assets, ensuring all files are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external teams such as 3D artists, animators, and developers to support project objectives and deliverables.
- Quality Control: Assist in reviewing CGI content and animations to ensure they meet brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare project reports, status updates, and documentation to support project tracking and post-project analysis.
- Process Improvement: Participate in brainstorming sessions to suggest process improvements and contribute to the overall efficiency of the project management workflow.
Job requirements
What does it take to do the job?
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Business, Fashion, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in fashion, digital content creation, and CGI technologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in the digital fashion industry.
