We are looking for an in-house Recruiter to join our team of amazing tech and CG talent! We plan on growing our team the upcoming year(s) and need your expertise in doing so. The people we’re looking for are often not actively searching for a new job, so it’s up to you to find them and get them excited about INDG and Grip. If you have more ideas on how we can do this even better? You’ll get plenty of space to try new things!

The roles you will be recruiting for are mostly quite specific and can vary from finding a digital expert on project management to finding an amazing C# Unity Developer or a gifted CG Artist. We are therefore explicitly looking for someone with experience in finding talent for roles within Tech, SaaS or Digital Advertising; someone who understands our business and our needs.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be working on the entire recruitment-cycle: reviewing resumes, sourcing candidates, first interviews, organising assessments and communicate (final) decisions to the applicants. Furthermore, you will standardize and smoothen the current process and will train and support hiring managers on recruitment. You will create talent pools by attracting candidates through vacancies, your network and you are proactive in sourcing. As our Recruiter, you'll be responsible for finding unique candidates that match the job requirements, but also fit INDG and Grip’s culture that brings together creative, tech and business mind-sets.

With the help of Grip, companies such as L'Oréal, Coca-Cola and Beiersdorf are automating content production for their entire business. Grip moves classic media creation efforts into the cloud, effectively virtualising production. 

The software solution Grip takes care of generating high-quality visuals, at scale, on-demand and based on data. Brand styles, as well as product look and feel are codified, which ensures an entirely consistent, always on-brand output, no matter who (or what) requests it.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage applicants from CV submission stage through to on-boarding, including all email and telephone correspondence, scheduling and providing interview feedback and negotiation of offers
  • Conduct competency-based interviews ensuring detailed notes are taken and recorded.
  • Present recommendations to hiring managers on either any potential concerns or positive findings gained as a result of the interview and selection process
  • Attract great talent to accommodate the business growth
  • Develop creative and innovative sourcing methods for candidate
  • Become a trusted advisor to the business around compensation, offers, contracts and other recruitment related HR topics.
  • Create talent pools for the different areas within the organisation
  • Advise and train the hiring managers
  • Produce metrics reports

Job requirements

What does it take to do the job?

  • Minimum level of Bachelor of Applied Sciences preferably related to HR.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (i.e. Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Talent Recruiter, Intermediary etc.)
  • Experience with hiring for roles in technology and senior roles
  • Experience in using social media to direct source candidates
  • Being a strong networker and communicator
  • Proactive, enthusiastic & flexible
  • Confident communicator; oral & written
  • Fluent in English, preferably also in Dutch but not mandatory
