We are experiencing exciting growth and as such we are seeking a Sales Development Representative that will be part of our team!
Working as a Sales Development Representative at Grip, your role will be to assist the Sales Director with administrative tasks and provide general support throughout the sales process.

Grip works by taking master content supplied by brands or their agencies and converting it into a deeply modular configurator. This allows marketers to create their own visual adaptations and variations effortlessly, saving millions in production costs while maintaining brand consistency.
What will you be doing?
- Enter new prospects in the CRM sytem and maintain accuracy.
- Develop and support campaigns that are executed by the GRIP marketing team to support pipeline growth.
- Manage and qualify leads: use online and offline sources to cultivate new leads and develop as well as maintain your pipeline.
- Support the Sales Director with the view to help build a robust pipeline and meet new business KPIs: make introductory calls, assess opportunities through qualifying process, leverage available resources.
- Document all the campaign execution and lead/opportunity management activities via our CRM system appropriately.
- Report on progress to the Direct Line Manager.
- Fill in the timesheet to make sure time is used effectively.
- Support by being an active participant in new business planning.
Job requirements
Would be amazing if you have/are:
- Completed relevant education and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Support position.
- Passionate about the world of digital solutions.
- Professional verbal and excellent written communication skills in English.
- Excellent probing and listening skills.
- The ability to convey information and analyze prospect requirements.
- A strong work ethic; self-directed, proactive and flexible.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn while doing.
As a plus:
- Knowledge of software / SAAS / web based applications or creative/3D solutions.
