As INDG’s software branch, Grip simplifies content production by combining CGI, rule-based generative AI, and post-production into an easy-to-use content generator that transforms master ad creatives into infinite variations for clients that include The Coca-Cola Company, L'Oréal, LVMH, and Beiersdorf.
We’re on the hunt for a charismatic Sales Lead is to help us crank things up a notch. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our business growth, working side by side with our marketing team to keep things running like a dream. Your mission? To channel your passion, energy, and expertise into boosting sales and keeping our pipeline flowing smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Boost Business Growth: Lead the charge to grow revenue by at least 50% year-on-year. No small feat, but you’re up to the challenge.
- Supercharge Sales Processes: Build and maintain a high-performing sales department by implementing and adhering to proven sales strategies. With practical training and unwavering support, you'll turn your team into to B2B and software sales pros.
- Keep the Pipeline Humming: Ensure our sales pipeline is always buzzing with opportunities. You’ll smooth out any kinks, perfect our funnel management, and keep forecasts on point.
Job requirements
Who You Are
- You’ve got at least 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field, with a solid track record in a relevant industry (bonus points if it’s in CPG).
- Proven entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for innovation and strategic growth.
- Deep knowledge of content creation, familiarity with generative AI, and insight into industry dynamics for effective strategic planning and innovation.
- Leadership is your middle name, and you know how to manage a team like a champ.
- You’re a master at navigating the complexities of selling to large, multinational enterprises.
- You’ve got strong analytical skills, with experience in sales data analysis and reporting.
- Your communication and interpersonal skills are finely turned, making collaboration a breeze.
- CRM systems and sales automation tools? You’re all over them.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
