The software solution Grip takes care of generating high-quality visuals, at scale, on-demand and based on data. Brand styles, as well as product look and feel are codified, which ensures an entirely consistent, always on-brand output, no matter who (or what) requests it.


Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact and building trust with multiple stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account management plans that address customer needs and opportunities, driving substantial growth within key accounts.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and the achievement of account objectives.

 Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with internal teams, where necessary, to realize these opportunities.

Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze account performance against key metrics and objectives, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize success.
 Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback to internal teams to help shape future developments.

Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities, leveraging insights to benefit key accounts and inform company strategy.

Job requirements

Would be amazing if you:

  •  At least 5 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales roles within the SaaS / technology sector, or within the CPG industry, or (preferably) both.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex sales cycles and foster strategic relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas succinctly and persuasively to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment, able to bridge the gap between different departments and align them towards common goals.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to adjust strategies and approaches as the market or company priorities evolve.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
