Are you ready to lead a team of creative visionaries and push the boundaries of digital fashion production?


INDG is a technology company specializing in large-scale CGI content creation and digital twin production for clients that include Puma, Lululemon, Hugo Boss, Crocs and many more.


As the Technical Director at INDG, you’ll oversee the Fashion Vertical 3D production studio. Your mission is to ensure seamless delivery of digital fashion projects, manage a team of CG specialists, and drive studio performance and innovation. This role is perfect for a visionary leader passionate about 3D, fashion, digital content, automation and team development.


What will you be doing?

  • Lead and manage a team of CG specialists and external teams.
  • Oversee production workflows, ensuring high-quality output within time and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate internal and external project resources.
  • Maintain and enforce quality standards across all 3D-related disciplines.
  • Define and innovate best practices in technology and CGI production workflows.

  • Own our CGI pipelines/automation, driving innovation, standards and maintain internal documentation as well as provide technical support.

  • Build and enhance the studio team, ensuring skills and technology are future-ready.

Job requirements

What does it take to do the job?

  • Proven experience in a senior role or relevant studio/production position with leadership ambitions.
  • Strong expertise in CG pipelines and hands-on experience with 3D production projects.
  • Experience developing tools and/or plugins within industry software packages such as Blender, C4D, Houdini and/or Nuke.
  • Strong knowledge of Python / TypeScript / MaxScript / MEL / Blink and/or related scripting languages (know how of digital fashion toolkits is a plus).
  • Demonstrated process improvement and automation expertise.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and innovations, with a focus on R&D.
  • Natural leadership skills to effectively inspire, engage, and coach a team.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and grow client relationships while managing expectations and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Preferred: Experience in the Fashion industry, particularly with footwear, apparel, and accessories, including digital fashion and its key technologies.
