Job description

As a Pipeline Project Coordinator at Grip, you’ll help keep our pipeline and development projects on track. Working closely with our Pipeline team, developers, and technical directors, you’ll support project planning, track progress, and coordinate communication between teams.

This role is ideal for someone with initial hands-on experience in project coordination who is eager to grow into a more technical production environment, gaining exposure to CGI, VFX, and related fields while developing their skills in managing cross-functional projects.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and prioritize support requests from internal users, triaging support tickets before they reach software developers. · Support stand-ups and weekly team meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking follow-ups.

  • Support and coordination for larger, more complex projects (working with Product Owner / seniors).

  • Manage smaller-scale projects independently, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.

  • Support the testing of new and enhanced tools, documenting results and escalating issues where needed.

  • Foster a collaborative and dynamic team environment, encouraging effective teamwork.

  • Maintain documentation of project details and any changes made throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep stakeholders aligned.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, crucial for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
