Job description
As Account Director Healthcare, you are responsible for building, expanding and nurturing strategic client relationships within the Healthcare sector. Your primary focus is to grow existing accounts, identify new opportunities within those organizations and ensure long-term partnerships.
You combine strong enterprise sales capabilities with a deep understanding of the Healthcare landscape. You understand how complex healthcare organizations operate and can translate their evolving needs into scalable digital and 3D solutions.
You work closely with internal teams across Project Management, Creative and Production to ensure client engagements run smoothly and deliver outstanding results. While you do not manage teams directly, you play a key role in aligning internal stakeholders and safeguarding client satisfaction.
You maintain a strong presence with your clients, building trusted relationships at senior stakeholder and C-suite level. You are comfortable operating in international environments and take initiative to travel to strengthen partnerships and unlock new opportunities.

What will you do?
Strategic Account Growth
Develop and execute account growth strategies for key Healthcare clients
Identify and unlock new opportunities within existing accounts
Build long-term strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers
Translate client business challenges into scalable digital and 3D solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to clients within the Healthcare sector
Enterprise Sales and Opportunity Development
Drive revenue growth within assigned Healthcare accounts
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles including SaaS and project-based offerings
Identify expansion opportunities across departments, regions and business units
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and solutions
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key clients
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and engagement
Maintain regular contact with stakeholders and decision makers
Represent the company externally through industry relationships and events
Maintain strong client engagement through regular international travel and presence
Collaboration and Delivery Alignment
Work closely with project management and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
Align internal teams around client goals and expectations
Support project teams during scoping, proposal development and key delivery milestones
Help resolve client challenges and ensure smooth collaboration
Contribute to continuous improvement of client engagement and account management practices
Your Profile
You are commercially driven, relationship-focused and proactive in identifying opportunities. You bring a strong work ethic, operate with ownership and genuinely care about the details.
You have a strong affinity with the Healthcare sector and understand the regulatory, organizational and stakeholder complexity of the industry.
You are confident engaging with senior stakeholders and bring strong executive presence. Clients see you as credible, authentic and solution-oriented.
You are comfortable operating in international environments, flexible to travel and able to work across time zones.
Core Competencies
Strong Healthcare sector understanding
Proven experience managing and growing enterprise accounts
Experience with complex B2B sales cycles
SaaS and project-based solution selling experience

What You Bring
7–10 years of commercial experience, preferably within Healthcare or a related sector
Proven track record in enterprise account management and growth
Experience working with large multinational organizations
Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles
Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives
Experience collaborating with delivery and project teams
Willingness to travel internationally when required
