Bring relationship strength, commercial drive, and the ability to operate independently — because this role is about growing a strategic account with significant expansion potential.

Grip works with leading enterprise brands to scale high-quality content production through technology.
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing an existing luxury enterprise customer by deepening adoption, expanding into new business units, and building long-term relationships across both operational and executive stakeholders.
This role is based in Paris and requires being on-site as the face of Grip within the customer environment.
As the first Account Manager hired in France, you will also have the opportunity over time to explore and shape additional Paris-based customer opportunities as we grow our footprint in the region.
Your Mission, If You Choose to Accept It…
Be the On-Site Face of Grip
You will represent Grip day-to-day inside the customer environment, building trust and credibility across teams and stakeholders.
Grow Existing Relationships
Strengthen current relationships, ensure customer happiness, and create the conditions for sustainable expansion.
Expand Into New Business Units
Build momentum across additional brands / divisions by identifying opportunities, building stakeholder support, and converting interest into adoption.
Build and Convert Pipeline Inside the Customer
Drive growth by:
Setting up the right meetings
Following up consistently
Turning interest into adoption and expansion
Own the Relationship and Delivery
This role combines:
Account ownership and customer success
Commercial growth and expansion
You will be accountable for both trust and results.
Build Executive and Group-Level Relationships
Develop relationships at group level that unlock broader access and expansion opportunities.

Luxury + MarTech Exposure
You understand luxury environments and have experience in or around marketing technology.
