Job description

Ready to shape how the world’s leading fashion brands scale visual content, without compromising on quality or craft?

As Business Development Manager for INDG’s Fashion vertical, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across global fashion, sportswear, luxury, and equipment brands. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you’ll lead high-impact commercial conversations, shape how INDG’s visual content solutions are understood in the market, and turn long-term brand relationships into sustainable growth.

You’ll work closely with account, vertical leadership, and delivery teams to build momentum in the fashion vertical, owning the commercial narrative, identifying strategic opportunities, and helping INDG grow with focus and intent.

We are looking for someone who understands the fashion content ecosystem in practice: campaign production, ecommerce, retail workflows, seasonal launches, and product storytelling. Someone who understands how global brands operate, where content bottlenecks emerge, and how INDG’s CGI and digital content capabilities can help solve them at scale. If you enjoy navigating complex enterprise environments and translating creative and technical capability into commercial success, this role gives you the space to do exactly that.

About INDG

INDG is a technology company specializing in large-scale CGI content creation, digital twin production, and automated content generation at a global scale. Our clients span all consumer product industries: food and beverage, beauty and luxury, personal care, health and hygiene, automotive, healthcare, fashion, and consumer electronics.

INDG blends over two decades of industry expertise with proprietary technology to transform physical products into digital twins, rich content, and interactive experiences for any platform. We combine artistry with CGI expertise to virtualize content production, helping brands move faster without compromising on quality.

What you will do

  • Drive commercial growth within the fashion vertical by expanding INDG’s presence across existing and new enterprise brand accounts.

  • Lead strategic sales and account development conversations with senior client stakeholders, shaping how INDG’s visual content and CGI capabilities are positioned and valued within global fashion organizations.

  • Build and grow trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, identifying opportunities to expand INDG’s role as a long-term strategic partner across multiple business functions and content needs.

  • Support and grow a healthy sales pipeline, keeping opportunities moving forward with clear forecasting, structured follow-up, and strong commercial ownership.

  • Partner closely with Account Directors, project management, marketing, and delivery teams to identify opportunities, shape propositions, and support deal execution end to end.

  • Bring a strong understanding of the fashion content landscape, including campaign production, ecommerce, product storytelling, retail workflows, and seasonal go-to-market execution, to help clients and internal teams identify where INDG can create value.

  • Translate complex client needs into clear, compelling commercial narratives that resonate with fashion brands and their internal stakeholders.

  • Feed market and client insights back into internal planning to help refine INDG’s positioning, offering, and long-term growth approach within the fashion vertical.

  • Contribute to improving marketing, sales processes, and ways of working, helping INDG operate with clarity, consistency, and momentum as the fashion vertical grows.

Job requirements

What you’ll bring

  • Proven business development, account management, or commercial experience within the fashion industry, particularly working with fashion, sportswear, luxury, or equipment brands, backed by a strong commercial foundation and a track record of growing strategic client relationships and closing complex deals.

  • A deep understanding of the fashion content and production landscape, including the different types of visual content and production workflows global brands require across marketing, ecommerce, campaigns, retail, and product storytelling.

  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and navigating strategic, multi-layered commercial conversations within enterprise environments.

  • The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, spotting opportunities, shaping solutions, and moving initiatives forward while keeping long-term growth in mind.

  • A consultative mindset with the ability to understand client challenges and translate them into commercially viable digital content solutions.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge creative, operational, and commercial perspectives.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in visual content, CGI, creative production, digital services, or adjacent industries.

  • Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in complex client environments.

  • Familiarity with structured sales processes, CRM tools, or pipeline management frameworks.
