Job description

If you’re experienced in enterprise new business sales and can take accounts from first conversation to multi-year commercial agreements, this role is for you.

Do you thrive in high-consideration sales environments where preparation, credibility, and relationship-building matter? At Grip, we are strengthening our dedicated new business motion and are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who can own net-new opportunities end-to-end.

This role calls for senior judgment, commercial discipline, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise cycles. It’s about winning the right deals, the right way.

Here’s the deal

Grip develops AI-driven technology that enables global brands to scale high-quality content production. We operate in enterprise environments where sales cycles are long, buying committees are broad, and execution quality makes the difference.

As Enterprise Account Executive, you will focus exclusively on net-new business. You will own opportunities from first conversation through signed annual commitment, working closely with internal Solutions teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment throughout.

This is a senior individual contributor role with real ownership and the opportunity to help shape how enterprise sales is structured going forward.

Job requirements

Your mission, if you choose to accept it…

  • Own net-new enterprise opportunities
Run new business opportunities from qualification to close. Lead discovery, define deal strategy, map stakeholders, and engage executives with confidence and clarity.

  • Drive structured, high-preparation sales cycles
Prepare thoroughly for meetings and presentations. Align internally before every major step. Maintain high standards in how opportunities progress.

  • Sell toward annual commitments
Guide prospects through a structured evaluation process that builds conviction and results in annual commercial commitments.

  • Work closely with Solutions
Collaborate closely with Solutions throughout the sales cycle. Ensure commercial ambition and technical feasibility stay aligned.

  • Multi-thread enterprise accounts
Engage multiple stakeholders across functions and seniority levels. Build strategic relationships that strengthen deal resilience.

  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline
Keep CRM hygiene at a high standard. Ensure notes, next steps, forecasting, and stakeholder visibility are consistently updated and transparent.

What we’re looking for

  • Significant enterprise new business experience (8–10+ years)
You bring substantial experience in enterprise new business sales, ideally eight or more years, with a clear focus on complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals
You have closed multiple enterprise deals in the range of approximately €100K to €1M+ in annual contract value, consistently.

  • Experience selling AI / platform / infrastructure-type solutions
You have sold enterprise technology products, ideally AI-driven, platform-based, or infrastructure-oriented solutions. Content-related AI is a plus, not a requirement.

  • Comfortable with long, complex sales cycles
You understand sales processes that can take six to 12 months or longer and are disciplined in managing multi-stage enterprise funnels.

  • Strong collaboration with Solutions / presales teams
You can clearly describe how you work with technical counterparts and how commercial and technical teams align to win.

  • High standards for preparation and detail
You are structured, organized, and known for strong meeting preparation and CRM discipline.

  • Strategic relationship builder (multi-threading)
You actively expand relationships beyond initial contacts and build engagement across buying committees and executive stakeholders.

  • Entrepreneurial and ownership-driven
You are comfortable operating in an evolving environment where processes and standards are still being built. You take initiative and help shape best practices.

  • Languages
Fluent English is required. In addition, you must speak at least one major European business language, such as French, German, Dutch, or Italian.
