Job description

People Operations creates the foundation that allows teams to do their best work. As INDG and Grip continue to grow, consistent and reliable people processes become increasingly important. Every onboarding, payroll run, contract update, and employee interaction contributes to the overall employee experience.

In this role, you collaborate with and support a portfolio of employees and people leaders, ensuring high-quality People Operations across the full employee lifecycle. You ensure that all core HR processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time, while supporting employees and managers with day-to-day HR matters. You operate in an international and fast-paced environment, where attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to prioritize are key. Alongside your operational responsibilities, you actively contribute to improving processes and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Working in a growing organisation means roughly 80 percent of the responsibilities are described in this job profile. As the organization continues to grow, responsibilities may evolve over time. What You Will Do

People Operations (60%)

• Own and execute core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding,

employee changes, performance cycles, benefits, learning & development, and offboarding

• Manage monthly payroll across multiple countries, including EOR employees and contractors,

ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS (HiBob) and other systems, ensuring

proper documentation and compliance

• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies across different regions

• Handle urgent or sensitive people-related matters with care, accuracy, and good judgment

• Effectively prioritise a high-volume and changing workload in a fast-paced environmentProcess

People Support (20%)

• Act as a first point of contact for employees, supporting them with questions related to

contracts, payroll, benefits, policies, and other HR matters

• Support managers with day-to-day HR topics and employee cases, ensuring consistent

application of policies and processes

• Build strong working relationships with employees and managers across different teams and

locations

• Provide clear and professional communication in sensitive or complex situations

People Projects & Process Improvements (20%)

• Support and contribute to improving, automating, and streamlining HR processes, with a focus

on scalability and efficiency

• Contribute to and take ownership of parts of people-related projects and process improvements

• Support initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience and effectiveness of the People

Team

• Use data and insights to support improvements and inform decision-making

Job requirements

Who You Are

You Have:

  • Relevant education or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience with HR operations and systems (e.g. HRIS and payroll).

  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

  • Processes should continuously improve as organizations grow.

It’s based on photorealistic 3D, capitalizing on INDG’s fifteen-year-long experience in that field. 3D is good because once your beer or your juicer or your rocket is on Grip, it can be used and re-used for multiple media: images, videos, iOS apps, and such.
