Senior Producer (Automotive)
- Remote
- Amsterdam, Netherlands
- INDG
Job description
INDG has spent 20+ years building the technology and visual production systems behind high-fidelity digital product experiences. In automotive , that means turning vehicles, trims, materials, accessories and market variants into production-grade CG assets, animations and interactive experiences used across global channels.
As Senior Producer, you own complex digital productions from first scope to final delivery. You connect client ambition with the reality of rendering pipelines, asset dependencies, review cycles, budgets, stakeholder approvals and platform constraints. You understand that a configurator, launch asset set or digital twin program is not just a creative deliverable. It is a system that has to scale across brands, markets, products and time.
You will lead work for respected global automotive where visual accuracy matters: paint response, material fidelity, lighting consistency, trim logic, camera behavior, motion, interaction and brand compliance. Your job is to bring structure to that complexity, keep teams aligned and make sure the work leaving INDG meets the visual benchmark our clients expect.
What You Will Do
1. Own complex automotive productions
Own multiple automotive projects from kick-off through delivery, including CG imagery, 3D/2D animation, configurators, digital product experiences, AR/VR, platform content and launch asset programs.
Define scopes, milestones, budgets, delivery plans and production models that match the client need and the real complexity of the work. You will identify dependencies early, from CAD readiness and material data to render capacity, localization, integration timelines and stakeholder approvals.
You will keep projects moving without reducing production to status tracking. You create the operating rhythm, surface trade-offs, drive decisions and make sure the team knows what must be solved next.
2. Translate creative intent into executable pipelines
Work with CG supervisors, artists, designers, developers, pipeline teams, project managers, vendors and client stakeholders to turn requirements into production systems that can ship.
You will help structure workflows for vehicle variants, colorways, materials, accessories, camera sets, animations and interactive behaviors. You understand that a small change in product logic can affect rendering, QA, asset naming, platform delivery and market rollout.
You do not need to be the artist or engineer in the room, but you need enough visual and technical fluency to ask the right questions, challenge vague feedback and recognize when output is not meeting the bar.
3. Lead clients, stakeholders and delivery decisions
Act as a senior client partner across global automotive accounts. Lead meetings, reviews, presentations and escalation conversations with clarity and control.
You will manage demanding stakeholder environments where brand teams, product teams, agencies, developers, local markets and vendors all have input. You keep scope, timing, quality and commercial reality visible, and you offer scenarios when priorities shift.
The role requires confidence without theater. You can explain why a render batch needs another pass, why a feature request changes the plan, or why a review process is slowing delivery.
4. Raise the standard of production
Improve how the automotive vertical plans, tracks, reviews and delivers complex digital work. Strengthen documentation, handovers, feedback loops, tooling, vendor coordination and review discipline.
You will guide project managers and coordinators, support multidisciplinary teams and help build repeatable ways of working. The goal is not one successful delivery. The goal is a production model that can support thousands of high-quality assets and digital experiences across long-term client relationships.
Job requirements
You operate where automotive enthusiasm, digital production discipline and visual quality meet. You can talk to a client about launch timing, a CG supervisor about render quality, a developer about configurator logic and a project manager about budget exposure without losing the thread.
You Have
5+ years in digital production, CG, VFX, animation, interactive, software or platform delivery environments, with ownership of complex multidisciplinary projects.
Experience managing CGI-related work and a solid understanding of how CG assets move through production, review, rendering, post-production, QA and delivery.
Experience with interactive or digital experiences such as configurators, online product platforms, AR/VR, mobile applications or digital product experiences.
Strong client management experience with international brands, distributed teams, external vendors, agencies and production partners.
Commercial awareness across scopes, estimates, resource planning, budgets, hours, change requests and delivery risk.
A clear affinity with automotive, motorbikes or product worlds where engineering, design and visual identity matter.
You Think
Systems first. You look for repeatable workflows, clear ownership and fewer hidden dependencies.
Quality first, but not abstractly. You can look at a render and question lighting, material response, reflections, camera framing, compositing or product accuracy.
Reality first. You prefer a working production plan over a polished presentation, and you know when to push, simplify or escalate.
Your Skills Are
Production leadership, stakeholder management, CG pipeline fluency, interactive delivery, budget control, scope management, vendor coordination, risk tracking, review facilitation, presentation, documentation and clear English communication.
Why Join INDG
INDG sits between CGI craft, production technology and enterprise-scale content operations. Grip, our content orchestration platform, supports AI workflows and production-grade output for brands that depend on visual consistency across markets and channels.
This role matters because automotive visual production is becoming more systemized, more automated and more demanding. You will help lead the teams and client relationships that define how vehicles are represented digitally at global scale.
