Senior Product UX Designer (Contract, 6 weeks)

  • Remote
    • Amsterdam, Netherlands
  • Grip

Job description

Grip Originals is an enterprise AI platform for generating brand-grade campaign imagery. Users describe a vision in chat, agents enrich the prompt against brand rules and product specs, scouting agents source references, and Grip Originals generates images accordingly.

We are taking what we’ve built so far into an enterprise-ready product offering and need an experienced product designer to lead UX on that path. This is a focused, maximum 6 weeks engagement with the option to extend.

What you will do

  • Onboard yourself on the vision and user personas.

  • Audit the current live version and identify UX gaps.

  • Design the core workflows: campaign brief intake (chat-based), agent-assisted enrichment, image generation and iteration flow, approvals, and so on.

  • Define a clean information architecture across client, brand, product, campaign, and asset entities.

  • Produce production-ready Figma flows, components, and a small design system aligned with our existing stack.

  • Partner closely with founding partner, head of product, engineering and AI agent developers; lightweight specs over polished decks.

Job requirements

What we need

  • 6+ years designing complex B2B / enterprise SaaS products that are actually used by paying customers.

  • Demonstrable work on relevant products: marketing platforms, ad ops, ML/AI tooling, agentic UX, or internal tools at scale.

  • Comfortable designing for AI/generative or human-in-the-loop systems: prompt UX, iteration loops, agent character.

  • Strong systems thinking: tenants, permissions, configurability, versioning, status models.

  • Fluent in Figma, capable of producing dev-ready specs without a separate UI designer.

  • Excellent written English and able to overlap at least 4 hours/day with CET.

  • Self-directed; comfortable starting from a working prototype and a rough backlog.

Nice to have

  • Experience inside a creative agency, production studio, or brand-side marketing tech.

  • Background in design tools, 3D/CGI pipelines, or generative media.

  • Prior contract work with enterprise clients (Fortune 500, automotive, FMCG, fashion).

How to apply

Send:

  • Portfolio link.

  • A 3 to 5 sentence note on the most relevant enterprise SaaS or AI-product project you have shipped.

  • Earliest start date
